Shipping Policy
Any order with merchandise total of $75 or more will be entitled to free ground shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders under $75 will have shipping calculated during checkout. All of our products ship from NY, and should arrive to you within 7 business days. We ship via USPS and UPS for the USA. For international orders, DHL may be utilized as well. If you wish to have expedited service, you may select our premium shipping option at checkout to receive your purchase faster for an additional fee.
Talkable Tees products will ship to any street address in the contiguous USA.
If you are interested in placing an order that will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or a US Territory, please select your preferred shipping option during check out. We are happy to help, and will do our very best to make shipping the most affordable for you.
International Orders
Due to recent changes in international tax regulations, we are temporarily pausing all international shipments. We are actively reviewing these policies to ensure compliance and will provide updates as soon as international shipping resumes.
Domestic orders, within the United States, remain unaffected and will continue to be processed as usual.

Processing Time
We are grateful for your order and so excited to send you your Talkable Tees merchandise! We are a start-up, with a small team and currently need 2-3 days to process your order for shipment. We promise to work as quickly as we can to ship your goods asap! Once your order has shipped, it will reach you in about 5 to 7 business days with our standard ground shipping provided by UPS. If you’d prefer to receive your order sooner, you may select our premium shipping option at checkout.
Expedited Orders
During the checkout process, please select your preferred shipping option. The amount for expedited shipping will be automatically calculated into your order total. Please note that any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed when we’re back in the office.
Sales Tax Statement
In accordance with state law, we are required to add sales tax to any purchase that ships to New York State. Taxes are automatically calculated at checkout and are only applied to orders within New York.
**Returns and Shipping Notice: If you need to return merchandise (see returns for how to do so), your original outbound shipping will not be credited as part of the return process, but any applicable sales tax will be credited back to you. If your returning merchandise within the USA, we can provide you with a return shipping label. If you choose to use our label for return shipping, $9.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
